Gregory Allen Kammerud, age 70, of Star Prairie, WI, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025 in Cambridge, MN.

Gregory was born September 27, 1954 to parents Paul Kammerud and Irma (Berry). He grew up in Osceola, WI where he attended school. He worked at a production plant, doing auto body work for the majority of his life. He enjoyed collecting coins, treasure hunting, watching his favorite show, Goldrush, and most of all, hanging out with his son and grandkids – fishing together and attending every sporting event of theirs.

Greg is survived by his son, Justin (Kasey); grandchildren, Layla, Kendall, Kaleb, August, Gregory, and Jesse James; brothers Jeff (Paula), and Brad (Linda); sister Jackie (Mark) Burke, Hope (Andy) Rodericks, and April (Jason) Gagnon; stepmother, Carol Kammerud; stepfather, Jim Griglak; brother-in-law Steve Leggitt; and many nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Paul; mother, Irma Griglak; son, Jesse; brother, Gary (Sherri); and sister, Pam Leggitt.

Celebration of Life for Greg will be held 1:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, June 28, 2025 at his stepmom, Carol’s residence, 320 County Road M, Star Prairie, WI 54026.
