Herbert Schrankel, age 79, a resident of Shell Lake, died on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Aspirus St. Luke's Hosptial in Duluth.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 11am, at the Spooner Weleyan Church with Pastor Ron Gormong officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4-7pm, at the Spooner Wesleyan Church and again on Saturday morning from 10-11am at the Church.

Interment will take place at the Shell Lake Cemetery at 2pm.
