Jane C. McLain, age 66, a resident of Osceola passed away on July 22, 2021.

Jane was born on December 15, 1954, in St. Paul, Minnesota to Eugene H. and Carol J. Preston.

Jane was a graduate of Monroe High School in St. Paul. She later moved to Pine City until she married and moved to Grantsburg.

She worked at Grand Casino in Hinckley for 12 years working security and as a First Responder. She had also worked for North Memorial as an ambulance driver for 10 years.

Jane loved everything about horses and passed that love on to her daughters. She was a Red Cross volunteer and a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Branstad.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Carol; sisters, Connie Dahl and Lori Clementson; and nephew, Jermey Preston.

She is survived by her daughters, Rachael (Clay) Trittelwitz and Sara McLain; her grandchildren, Luke, Savanna and Tyler Trittelwitz; her sister, JoAnn May; uncle, Emmron Skara; brothers in law, Harlan Clementson and Dale Dahl; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM (visitation 10-11 AM) at Bethany Lutheran Church in Branstad with Pastor Jay Ticknor officiating. Music will be provided by Erin Spohn and Linda Dahl.

Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Webster.
