
In Memory of Jodi A. Waggoner
Jodi Waggoner, age 58, of Hayward Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at her home.
Jodi Alice Waggoner was born January 27, 1967, in Spooner, WI the daughter of Cyrus and Carol (Jacobson) Waggoner. Jodi was raised and attended school in Hayward until moving to Robbinsdale, MN where she graduated from Robbinsdale-Armstrong High School. She continued her education at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire. Jodi moved back to Hayward and began working and volunteering in the community at the Hayward Bakery, Hayward High School and Northwood Humane Society. She also attended the LaCrosse Clown Camp for several years as she enjoyed clowning. For numerous Musky Fest parades, Jodi would be a clown traveling up and down main street entertaining children. She also loved her daily trips through Hayward, stopping at several locations to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Jodi immediately loved and trusted everyone she met.
Jodi is survived by her parents, Carol and Ron Hage of Hayward; brother, John (Cami Miller) Waggoner of Hayward; two nephews, Christopher (Kristen Nickels) and Caleb (Kenadie Sake) Waggoner; and great nephews, Lucas and Noah.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cyrus Waggoner.
A funeral service celebrating Jodi's life will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Grace Lutheran Church in Hayward, WI with Pastor Dirk Jensen officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hayward Regional Hospice or Grace Lutheran Church.
