John R. Keagle age 73, passed into eternal life on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota. He was born in Joliet, Illinois in 1951 and lived most of his life in Lockport, Illinois. When he retired, he moved to Cumberland, Wisconsin.

John is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Donna (Viano) Keagle, his loving son, Nathan, and his precious grandsons Ethan (16) and Liam (11); his sisters, Marjorie Quantrell and Marilyn Cassidy; brothers, William and Tom Keagle and life long friend, Roy Salo.

He is preceded in death by his precious son, Kyle Keagle; his parents, George and Helen Keagle, a sister, Joanne Voight; brothers, Edward, George, Richard, Chuck and James Keagle.

John was an iron worker out of Local 63 for 50 years. He was passionate about fishing. He loved taking care of his grandsons and 10 acre hobby farm with all the animals, giving them extra treats all the time. He was the most amazing husband, strong and smart and a wonderful provider. He cared so much for his family. We will never be the same without you.
