Joseph Timothy Pults, age 81, of Rice Lake, WI, died Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in Eau Claire, WI. He was born on April 4, 1944 in St. Paul, MN. He worked for NSP/Excel High Bridge Generating Plant for 36 years. Joe was a member of the Rice Lake American Legion Honor Guard.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Pults; a sister, Cecelia Wittman; a son, Joseph T. Pults Jr; a daughter, Anne De Frang; many nieces and nephews and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Helen Pults; a sister, Alice Mary Pults; stepdaughter, Brenda Jensen; and a brother-in-law, Leon Wittman.

Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, Rev. Paul Green officiating, where Military Rites will be accorded him by the Rice Lake Veteran Honor Guard. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the Funeral Service at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals. Coffee and cookies will be served after the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Judes Hospital.
