Judy Ann Hanson, age 83, of Osceola, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at the Christian Community Home in Osceola, Wisconsin.

Judy was born on May 4, 1942 to William and Frances (Stiklestad) Martinson, in Britton, South Dakota. She started her career at St. Croix manufacturing where she met the love of her life, Richard Hanson. They were united in marriage on June 23, 1973 at the Presbyterian Church, Hudson, Wisconsin. She continued her career as a CSM at Cub foods, later retiring in 2011 from MVP.

Judy enjoyed crocheting, flower gardens, horses, crossword puzzles and her chickens. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by many.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances Martinson; sons, Jeff and Mark Deal; sister, Leone Burke; brothers, Royce and Alan Martinson and great-grandchildren, Oakley Morgan and Khyla Gates.

Judy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Richard; daughters, Vickie (LeRoy) Koehler and Judy (Gary) Otlo; grandchildren, Brandon (Laura) Koehler, Jamie (Eric) Hinz, Nicole (Terry) Prindiville, Sarah (Tyler) Lindholm, Whitney (Josh) Tyler, Michael (fiancé, Ashley Quilling) Koehler, Shannon (Joel) Carlson, Tyler (Melissa Walker) Otlo, Nicholas (Stefani) Otlo, Abbie (Josh Morgan) Otlo, Jackie (Travis) Lane, Mark (fiancé, Cassy Anderson) and Christopher (Stef) Deal; 27 great-grandchildren; sister, Iola Gronhoy; brother, Roger (Nancy) Martinson; many niece, nephews, relatives and friends.
