Karen Camilla Hrouda Age 83, of Rice Lake, WI, died Monday, July 22, 2024 in Rice Lake.

She was born on October 21, 1940 in Cook County Hospital in Waukegan, Illinois to Roscoe and Bernice Sherrill. Karen was married to Curtis White for 25 years and had 3 children, Debra, Donald and Jeffery. She later married George Hrouda in 1986 and lived in Rice Lake and later moved to Spooner where she later retired. Karen worked for Lutz Drugs in Chetek, KMart in Eau Claire and WalMart in Rice Lake. She leaves behind 2 sons, Donald (Wendy) White and Jeffery (Sandra) White; a stepdaughter, Laurie (Mitch) Lafferty; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Duval; her husband, George Hrouda; her parents, Roscoe and Bernice Sherrill; 2 sisters, Jan (Ted) Szajko and Sue Myrman.

Graveside Services will be held at Noon July 30, 2024 at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Haugen, WI.
