Karen Jeanne Bellefeuille, age 84 of Cumberland passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Before passing she acknowledged that she was ready to join her husband. She was born November 2, 1941, in Cumberland, WI to Melvin Eugene and Sylvia (Ritchie) Lloyd.

She was married in Cumberland on June 13, 1959, to Gilbert "Sparkey" Bellefeuille. They would share many happy years and memories together, until his passing in 2022.

Karen held various jobs throughout the years, including working at Dairy Queen, Stokely's (now known as "Seneca"), and the McCain Onion Factory for 18 years. Though she dedicated her time to these companies, her favorite job of all was being a homemaker and mother to her kids - who will fondly remember her as a talented quilter, and for being an excellent cook.

She leaves behind two children, Scott (Mary) Bellefeuille and Kelly (Tim) Schmidt; grandchildren, Kate (Mike), Connor (Annie), Molly (Henry), Caleb, and Mark (Tinille); greatgrandchildren, Brynlee, Emma, Lily, Ivana, and Ada; sisters, Linda (Tom) and Patricia; as well as various nieces and nephews.

Karen is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert "Sparkey"; parents, Melvin and Sylvia; and sister, Marilyn.

The family will be remembering her privately.
