Kari Jean Thompson, aged 66, passed away peacefully at her home in Ladysmith on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Kari is survived by her four daughters: Erin Thompson of Louisville, KY, Amy (Charlie) Frydenlund of St. Paul, MN, Anna "Tobi" Van Paul & Ben Paul of Maplewood, MN, and Emma Thompson of St. Paul, MN.

he also leaves behind her two sisters, Kim Rogers of Ladysmith and Mary Jo Rogers & Rich Gadbois of North Augusta, SC, as well as her beloved cat, Roger. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty & Bud Rogers.

A celebration of Kari's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the United Congregational Church in Ladysmith.
