Leona Ann Ladd, age 86, passed away surrounded by family Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Leona “Dolly” was born March 6, 1939 to parents Joseph and Susan (Betker) Dobosenski in Sturgeon Lake Township, MN.

Dolly enjoyed traveling, going to the casino, cleaning, volunteering at the American Legion in St. Croix Falls, camping, and spending time with her family. She did her best to attend her grandkids’ events, from dance recitals to ball games, she was cheering them on. She loved helping others and will be greatly missed.

Dolly is survived by her children, Kari (Jerry) Perzichilli, and Shaun (Joy) Neva; grandchildren, Trisha (Jeremy) Freer, Ashley Neva, Patrick Neva, Jordon (Jamison) Davis, Jacob Neva, Rick Neva, and Michele (Joe) Frandup; great-grandchildren, Waylan, Karli and Stryder; significant other, Jon Nordin; and other extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Greg Neva; four siblings, Eleanor, Don, Jeanette, and Kenny; and significant other, Gus Gustafson.

Celebration of Life for Dolly will take place at 2:30 PM Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Grandstrand Funeral Home of Osceola, WI. Visitation one hour prior. A time of fellowship and light refreshments will follow the service.
