Linda Lou Peterson (nee Volkmann), 82, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her husband, Greg; daughters, Faith (Scott) Eilertson and Kim (Rob) Gernandt; stepdaughters, Christine and Brenda Peterson; daughter-in-law, Kim Schmidt; sister, Janice Kolodji; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Isabel Volkmann, 3 brothers, and her son Brian Schmidt.

With her life focused on Christ, Linda enjoyed gardening, becoming an official clown in The Powder Puff Clown Club, golfing, embroidering towels, and playing cards with many friends, along with the many lake life activities in Webster, WI.

A funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Yellow Lake Lutheran Church. The visitation will be from 10-12, with the service at 12 and luncheon to follow.
