Linda Lou Wiese Age 80, of Rice Lake, WI, died Monday, September 30, 2024 at her home.

She was born on December 9, 1942 in Elgin, Illinois to Claude and Katherine Johnson. Linda graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1961. She was married to Larry Wiese on June 9, 1961 in Rice Lake. Linda worked for Gustafson Dairy in Rice Lake, First Federal Bank in Rice Lake and also worked for Jim Gargulak Real Estate. In 1991 she then co-owned and operated Team Realty in Rice Lake until her retirement in 2022. She was past president of the Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce. She enjoyed ATVing, snowmobiling, and loved traveling around in their motorhome.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Wiese; 2 sons, Brent Wiese and Cory (Tammi) Wiese; 7 grandchildren, Sarah, John, Becky, Travis, Cody, Cole and Colton; and several great grandchildren; a sister, Karen Muller; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Craig Wiese; her parents, Claude and Katherine Johnson; and a brother.

Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI, John Brunclik officiating, with interment in Sumner Cemetery in Cameron, WI. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the Funeral Services at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals.
