Mark A. Lawrence age 65, of Sarona, Wisconsin passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, after a courageous battle with ALS.

Mark was born on August 26, 1960, to Lauren and Grace (Osborn) Lawrence.

Mark worked as a home builder for many years. He was very mechanically inclined and could fix anything. He was always willing to help his friends with any projects they needed help with. For many years he was a member of the Car Club in Rice Lake and helped with the haunted house in Rice Lake.

In his free time Mark could be found offering words of encouragement to others. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, watching car races, canning and tending to his gardening.

Mark is survived by his significant other, Angie Nyamburi; a sister, Laura Lawrence; a brother, Lauren (Cathy) Lawrence as well as many nieces, nephews and special friends.

Per Mark's wishes no services will be held.

The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to St. Croix Hospice & Heritage Lakeside in Rice Lake.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to establish a scholarship fund for trade schools & nursing programs.
