Max J. Meissner, age 15, of Cameron, WI died Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at his home.

He was born June 6, 2011 to Joshua & Jodi (Booth) Meissner at Rice Lake. He was a student at Cameron High School where he had completed his freshman year this past spring. He enjoyed playing baseball and played trombone in the school band. He also loved hunting, fishing & trap shooting. He was an exceptional big brother to his two brothers, Henry & Ben, and affectionately named the two of them Benry.

Max was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: John Meissner. He is survived by his parents: Joshua & Jodi, brothers: Henry & Ben, paternal grandmother: Renee Meissner, maternal grandparents: Jim & Nancy Booth, aunts & uncles: Kim & Joe Horsch, David & Kristen Booth, Ryan & Emily Booth & Karl Booth, cousins: Riley & Devin, Charlie & Troy, Olivia, Greyson & Lily, his special group of friends: Jaron Fowler, Jackson Lundeen, Grayson Forster, Ashton Breed, Payson Brown & Carter Marshall & also his loving dog: Chloe.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 25th at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Cameron with Father Mariadas Vallabhaneni officiating & a luncheon immediately following the service. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
