Born on April 23, 1961, in Hayward, Wisconsin. The son of Kenneth M. Riehm and Mary Lou Duckett.
On November 23, 1977, he married the love of his life, Norma Johansen, in Shell Lake, Wisconsin. Together, they shared 48 years.
A graduate of Hayward High School in 1979, Mike was a respected local contractor and property caretaker. For nearly 40 years, he ran his own small business, collaborating with several close friends in the building trades.
Mike was a man who found solace and joy in the great outdoors. Whether he was hunting, fishing, trapping, hiking, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature with his wife, friends, and loyal dogs, any day spent outside was a good day for him, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Mike’s legacy lives on in his loving family. He is survived by his wife Norma; their children, son Shawn Riehm and his wife Shiloh, and daughter Crystal Gross and her husband Andy. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren: Dakota, Mikia, Piper, Gage, Gwen, and Grace. His sisters, Diane, Barb, and Bonnie, also survive him, along with countless friends who will miss him dearly.
