Norma Louise VanHeesch, 86, of Ladysmith, Wisconsin, died Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Care & Rehab - Ladysmith. She was born in Wisconsin on July 11, 1940 to Harold and Nona Haag, Sr.. On June 25, 1960, she married George M. VanHeesch in Ladysmith.

Norma enjoyed playing bingo and doing puzzles.

Norma is survived by her two daughters: Stacy VanHeesch (Dean Harris), Tammy (Jason) Busse, three grandchildren: Emily (Dominick) Pogodzinski, Hannah Applebee (Nathan Winget) and Nathan Larson, great-granddaughter: Amara Winget and two sisters: Lois MacArthur of Ladysmith and Nancy (Garry) Loomis of Bruce, Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Nona Haag, Sr., husband: George VanHeesch, brother: Harold (Red) Haag and two sisters: Catherine Haag and Betty Adams.

A private service will be held at a later date.
