Patricia Jean Kokesch, age 68, a resident of Grantsburg, WI passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Burnett Medical Center.

Patricia was born on May 16, 1953 in Minneapolis, MN to parents James Slavik and Elizabeth Tersko.

A celebration of life will take place in Grantsburg at a later date.

Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Grantsburg.
