Patsy Charlene Haney Age 82 of Aurora, Illinois, died Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Dove Healthcare in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

She was born on December 15, 1941 in Benton, Illinois. Patsy was married to Roy Haney on August 20, 1960 and shared 55 years of marriage together until his passing in 2015. Patsy worked in a Middle School cafeteria for 33 1/2 years. Patsy enjoyed working with the children and helping out her neighbors. She deeply cherished spending time with friends and creating long lasting memories.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Douglas (Edie) Haney and Sean (Vickie) Haney; 6 grandchildren, Megan Bulgrin, Josh Haney, Ashlyn Haney, Kent Bellows, Brandon Bellows, and Carli Bellows, 5 great grandchildren; Paislee, Jase, Grayson, Simon and Milo; a sister, Suzanne Baker; a brother, Larry Dale Sullivan; and many nieces and nephews including a very special niece, Peggy Fitzpatrick. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Haney; a son, David Haney; her parents Jesse Sullivan and Pauline Provence; a sister, Shirley Bigham; and a brother, Bobby Gene Sullivan. A private celebration of life will be held.

Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI is assisting and serving the family with the arrangements.
