Robert “Bob” Francis Severson, age 90, of Cameron, WI, died Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at his home. He was born on February 26, 1935 in Barron County, Wisconsin to Thorval and Mabel (Nelson) Severson.

Bob attended school at Sunnyside School and Barron High School. He was married to Joan Friday on June 1, 1957 in Pine City, MN. Bob was a truck driver for Koser Silos in Almena and Jennie-O Turkey Store in Barron for many years. He was a football player in his early years, loved watching the Green Bay Packers and Fox News. He enjoyed fishing and being outside. Bob was very interested in his kids and grandkids lives.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Severson; 2 sons, Mark (Debbie) Severson and Brad Severson (Deb Atherton); 2 daughters, Debe Severson (Jeff Beyreis) and Jolene (Jesse) Buker; 5 granddaughters, Bobbi Jo, Josie, Celie, Lilie and Emma; 2 great granddaughter, Bailey and Hannah; a great great granddaughter, Penelope; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverlee “Bevie” Severson; his parents, Thorval and Mabel Severson; 5 brothers, Lloyd, Dale, Glen, Dean and Arthur; a sister, Marlene. A private family graveside service will be held at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Cameron, WI.

A celebration of his life will be held at their home on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from Noon-2PM.
