Robert “Bob” Frank Swantish Jr., 56, died on February 25, 2025, at his home. He was born April 15, 1968, in Elmhurst, IL to Robert Frank and Marie Louise (Millette) Swantish.

He was married in Clayton at Faith Lutheran Church on September 10,1994, to Nita Knutson. They shared 30 wonderful years together.

Bob enjoyed working on his Chevy trucks, fishing, camping, hunting, and spending time with family. He particularly loved spending time with his grandchildren. Bob was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need - no questions asked.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nita Swantish; daughters: Amber Swantish, Cassie (Jeff) Frey, and Alisha (Brad) Lampert; grandchildren: Brodey, Aubree, Lyla, Tegan, Avery, Jeffrey, David, and two on the way Olivia and Kennedi; brother, Rich (Abby) Swantish; sister, Angela Almsted; nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. Bob was preceded in death by grandson, Taven; mother, Marie Northrup; father, Robert F. Swantish Sr; cousin, Tony; and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Skinner Funeral Home in Turtle Lake with Pastor Margaret officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM - 3 PM Sunday, March 16, 2025.
