In Memory of Robert E. “Bob” Anderson
It is with great sadness that Bob has left his earthly home. Bob was born in Escanaba, Michigan to Arthur C. and Corinne Anderson. He bravely and fervently persevered to conquer a series of health issues. There was no stopping him. His will was like no other.
Bob was proud to have served in the United States Air Force from 1969-1973. During that time, while working nights at Whiteman Air Force Base, he achieved his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri.
Immediately upon his discharge, he joined his father and brother to form Art Anderson Realty, Inc. He loved interacting with all kinds of people, helping with a wide range of real estate needs. Bob remained active in real estate until his last day.
Left to celebrate Bob’s memory are his wife, Barb; his children, Brittany (Broc) Krekelberg and Brian (Allison) Anderson. His three granddaughters, Ava Krekelberg, Lainey Krekelberg, and Quinn Anderson, were the source of joy, laughter, and profound love. Celebrating his memory as well, are his sister-in-law, Joanne (Tom) Flanery, and brother–in–law, Michael (Shelly) Sheean, who never failed to be supportive. In addition, Bob had amazing nieces and nephews: Ingrid (Mike)
Martinsen, Christine Anderson, Sonja Bierman, Sophia Flanery, Paddy Flanery, Jack Sheean, and Sam Sheean.
Service and interment will be private. In lieu of gifts, give the gift of kindness and help someone in Bob’s memory.
