In Memory of Roxann M. Moltzer

October 1, 1962 - January 1, 2024

Roxann Marie Moltzer, 61, of Amery, WI passed away due to complications with her health in the early morning of Monday, January 1, 2024 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. The family is in deep mourning but knows that she is with God. We are grateful to have had such a loving and supportive mother, daughter, aunt, cousin, and friend, even if her time may have been cut short.

Rox was born in Amery, WI to Allan and Vivian Moltzer on October 1, 1962. After graduating from Clayton High school, she held multiple positions before securing a job with Polk County in the Land and Resource Department before moving to the Zoning Department where she worked for more than 20 years. For the past few years she has enjoyed the companionship and love she shared with Jeff Kleiner.

She was very passionate about the outdoors and her hobbies including hunting, fishing, gardening and anything that gave her an excuse to take her shoes off. One of her most proud moments was harvesting her bear in 2004. She also would take week long trips to Canada to fish and enjoy the tranquility of the landscape. Rox was a cheerleader for her grandchildren and loved them with all of her heart. She had the ability to remain positive and to be someone we could depend on when things got difficult. Her laugh, bright smile, and loving personality will be sorely missed by everyone.

Rox is survived by her mother, Vivan; children, Richard (Ashley) Penard and Julia (Sam Carlson) Radke; sister, Renee (Loren) Anderson; brothers, Rodney, Rusty, and Ryan (Sarah) Moltzer; grandchildren, Layne and Leah Penard; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Allan Moltzer and brothers Randy and Robin Moltzer.

The family of Roxann wishes to extend our most sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Amery Hospital & Clinic and Regions Hospital for all of their hard work and compassionate care.

A visitation will be held at Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 4 to 7 pm. A funeral service will take place at Balsam Lutheran Church in Amery on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 2 pm with a visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be at Balsam Lutheran Cemetery.
