Sandra Jean (Girga) Richter Age 83, of Rice Lake, WI, passed away Monday morning, June 24, 2024 in Barron, WI.

She was born in Ashland, WI to Steve and Verna Girga. Sandy graduated from Ondossagon High School and met her husband, John Lulich Sr and they married on June 11, 1960. Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family and getting lunch with the girls.

She is survived by her daughter, Jodene (Alan) Fenske; her sons, Richard (Kim) Lulich, George (Lori) Richter and Scott Richter; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Sr; sons, John Jr and Dwayne Lulich; father, Steve; mother, Verna; brothers, Jim and George.

Sandy will be buried in Saint Peter Cemetery in Dauby, WI next to her husband, John. A private family service will be held. Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI is serving and assigning the family with the arrangements.
