Sandra Kaye Perry, age 65, of Rice Lake, WI, died Friday, April 18, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 12, 1960 in Eau Claire, WI to Marcellus and Shirley (Schleicher) Blechinger.

Sandy graduated from North High School in Eau Claire in 1978 and graduated with a degree in Micro Computer Associate Degree at WITC in Rice Lake. She worked for Birchwood Manufacturing, Cray Research and then became an Administrative Specialist for Barron County Highway Department. She loved to collect items, enjoyed traveling, was a Red Cross volunteer, and loved to do good to others. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Rice Lake.

She is survived by her daughter, Katie (Daniel) Danielson; a son, Dustin Perry; 4 grandchildren, Jace, Kessa, Drezdyn and Averie; 3 sisters, Connie Mahlum, Tracy Blechinger and Missy (Jack) Deter; 4 brothers, Dave (Sheri) Blechinger, Mike (Nancy) Blechinger, Randy (Lisa) Blechinger and Bradley Blechinger (Brian Vitale); many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcellus and Shirley Blechinger; and a brother-in-law, John Mahlum.

A celebration of her life will be held from 10AM-1PM Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI, with interment in Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake at a later date.
