Sheila Ann (Ricke) Helling passed away peacefully at home surrounded by those she loved on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the age of 68.

She was born October 6, 1957, to Ruben and Mabel Ricke in St. Paul, MN where she was raised. On February 10, 1973, she married the love of her life, Raymond "Butch" Helling. During their younger years, they raised their family of four children in Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin, where they settled in Turtle Lake.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond "Butch" Helling Jr of Turtle Lake; her children: Dana (Scott) Zimmerman, Raymond "Butchie" Helling III (Crystal Fox), Jason Helling (Kym Lynch), and Kyle Helling (Dezarae Brust); her brother, Roger (Rosemary) Ricke; grandchildren: Kaleena, Scotty, Olivia, Jakob, Raydyn, Landyn, and Kacey; great grandchildren: Oaklynn, Ada, Madelynn, and Zoe. Sheila is also survived by her childhood friend, Collette Havila, and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Robin and Donna Ricke, brother Steven Ricke, and her parents Mabel and Ruben Ricke.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Skinner Funeral Home, Turtle Lake.
