Stephani Ann Binder, age 65, of Hayward, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Waters Edge Care Center in Hayward. She was born on December 29, 1959 in Illinois, the daughter of John and Jane (Zillmer) Frisbie.

Stephani was a graduate of Hayward High School. She had a rewarding career as the general manager for Manheim Auto Auction. Stephani had an adventurous and free spirit and lived many places throughout her life, her favorites being Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Minneapolis, MN. She moved back home to Hayward to be closer to her family. Stephani enjoyed the Northwoods life, especially boating and hanging out with family and friends at the lake. She was a wonderful host and liked to make things special for her guests. She also enjoyed traveling, shopping and taking care of her animals.

She is survived by her daughter, Erin (Adam Bodenschatz) Binder of Hayward, WI; her sons, Adam Binder of St. Louis, MO and Austin Binder of Minneapolis, MN; her grandson, Bennett Bodenschatz; her sisters, Nancy Barchard of Chicago, IL and Jenny (Kevin) Kiesl of Arizona; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Stephani is preceded in death by her parents.
