Teena Marie Downs, age 66, of Chetek, WI, died Monday, April 27, 2026 at her home. She was born on August 9, 1959 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Teena attended High School in Florida and was an old fashioned southern girl. She loved taekwondo in her early years and had 6 different black belts. Teena worked for Jerome Foods, at nursing homes as a cook, and a school bus driver. She enjoyed gardening, collecting guns, loved all animals, her beloved dogs, and being with her grandchildren. She was known for her lively personality: strong willed, fiery, obstinate, was an androphilic, kind hearted and very loving.

She is survived by 3 children, James Ollinger, Johnny Rogers and Crystal Downs (Loren Westberg); 3 grandchildren, Elisha Gillett, Allieannah Jones, and Katana Jones; a sister, Jean Plummer; 2 brothers, Patrick Lane Sr and Thomas Jr. (Trista) Lane; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Monica Rogers; parents, Robert and Betty Downs; a sister, Michelle White; a brother, Daniel Lane; a nephew, Mason Lane.
