Thomas Jerald “Jerry” Donlevy, age 67, of Hortonville, WI passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Fieldstone House. He was born December 16, 1957 in Spring Valley, IL to Theodore and Mary (Foster) Donlevy.

Jerry grew up in Spring Valley, IL and later went on to serve his country in the United States Army. After his time in the service, he took to driving semi. Additionally, Jerry loved to entertain, and was known to have a great sense of humor. He was musically inclined, and particularly enjoyed playing guitar and singing.

Jerry is survived by his mother, Mary Olsen, of Shell Lake, WI; brother, Jim Donlevy; sisters, Mary (Roy) Gay, Beth Jorden, Laura Hendricks, and Heidi (Monte) Berg; along with many nieces and nephews.

Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Emma and Martin Foster and Alta and Theodore Donlevy; father, Theodore Donlevy; and brothers, Terrance and Timothy Donlevy.

A brief memorial service and military honors will be conducted at 11 AM on Friday, March 14, 2025 at the Northern WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
