Wanda Kay Soltau age 80, of Cumberland, Wisconsin passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Cumberland Memorial Hospital in Cumberland, Wisconsin surrounded by her loving family.

Wanda was born on October 1st, 1945, in Cumberland, Wisconsin to Albin and Merle (Renslow) Johnson. She attended Cumberland High School. She was united in marriage to Eugene Soltau on October 31st, 1963, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cumberland, Wisconsin. She worked at Blaser's Alpine Cheese Haus for over 30 years. She loved her work family.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Lisa(Rob) Buchholz of Cumberland, 3 sons, Tim Soltau of Cameron, Terry and Jamey Soltau of Cumberland, WI; grandchildren, Amanda (Tyler) Kilcoyne; Shane (Brandi) Buchholz; Devan Soltau, Terry Soltau Jr, Christopher Soltau; great-grandchildren, Elliott, Freya, Lucy, Oliver and Emmilia; a sister, Bonnie (Rick) Dayton; 2 brothers, Kurt and Kevin; 2 sisters-in-law, Joan Hauck and Shirley Soltau.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albin and Merle; her husband, Eugene Soltau; siblings; Kenny and Steven.

Memorial Services will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cumberland, Wisconsin with Pastor John Miels officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 - 12 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Church. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the Church. A private family interment will be held at Lakeside Cemetery in Cumberland, Wisconsin at a later date.
