In Memory of William G. Wirth
William George Wirth, age 46, of Clear Lake, WI passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving friends and family, on Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Will was born on October 14, 1978 in Sedalia, CO to David Wirth and Janice (Lynch) Wirth. He resided in Colorado with family until moving to Wisconsin in 2007 to marry his early wife Lisa and later become a father to their two children. Throughout his life he worked hard, long hours in construction as an equipment operator.
Most important to Will were his two girls, Miranda and Gretchen, and his relationship with his wife, Jennifer. He loved spending time with them and cared for them deeply. Will illuminated a tough, rough around the edges outer skin but inside he had the kindest soul and would do anything for anyone. Most would refer to him as an outdoorsman who did not like being confined to the indoors. Will enjoyed fishing, hunting, and his trips in the side-by-side, and would never turn down a night to sit around the bonfire with friends and family. His chef skills were top tier and he was always making copious amounts of food for parties and BBQ’s that his wife had signed him up for. If you ever left their home hungry, it was your own fault. Will’s friends and family will remember and miss his sense of humor and quick-witted jokes. Furthermore, he will be remembered for the love and devotion he gave to them.
Will was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law, Michael H Blechinger; and aunt, Geralyn Dempsey. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; daughters, Miranda and Gretchen (Lisa Blechinger); sister, Michelle (David) Grabill; nephews, Jonathan and Andrew; cousin, Roberta Anderson; step mother, Judy Schlottman; Andrea (Phil) Tonn niece and nephews Halle, Andrew and Zac; Amanda (Jon) Dittfach, nieces and nephew Hannah, Emma and Asher; Sandy and Cassie Blechinger; Howard, Janelle and Michael Smith; and many other loving family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Raising the Bar (Lower Expectations) in Clear Lake, WI on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 1:00 to 5:00pm.
