BURNETT COUNTY -- Burnett Medical Center (BMC) is pleased to announce the success of its annual Go for the Gust race event, which raised $1,859.55 in support of the Youth of Burnett County Prevention Coalition.

Each year, BMC organizes the Go for the Gust race and donates 100% of the event’s proceeds to a local nonprofit organization. The 2025 race beneficiary, the Youth of Burnett County Prevention Coalition, focuses on uniting the community and organizations to protect the youth in Burnett County from substance misuse.

Thanks to the strong support of participants, volunteers, and local sponsors, this year’s donation will help further the coalition’s efforts in fostering a healthy and safe community, free of substance misuse.

“Burnett Medical Center is honored to support the Youth of Burnett County Prevention Coalition,” said Halle Pardun, BMC Marketing Director. “This annual event continues to unite our community around wellness and giving back, and we’re proud to be part of something that creates lasting impact.”
