POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A 34-year-old Amery man has been convicted in Polk County Circuit Court following criminal charges that stemmed from allegations of child abuse and a separate domestic incident.
Kyle Phillips entered a plea of no contest to charges of child abuse and victim intimidation, with the court ordering probation and a deferred agreement that could bring additional sentencing if violated.
