Man Sentenced On Conviction Of Intent To Deliver Marijuana

SAWYER COUNTY — The Court has ordered probation for Jeffrey Quaderer who was convicted of intent to deliver marijuana in his possession.

DrydenWire.com reported in May 2019, that Quaderer had been arrested following a traffic stop for a speed violation during which Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Police Officers located over 5 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $23,000.

Also seized were twelve baggies of marijuana packaged for sale, five large bags of marijuana, several items of paraphernalia, and other evidence of ongoing drug distribution according to a press release.

A criminal complaint was filed against Quaderer on May 16, 2019, charging him with Class H Felony Possess w/ Intent-THC(>200-1000g) and Misdemeanor Possess Drug Paraphernalia.

At the time of this post, online circuit court records did not show any record that a charge for OWI was included against Quaderer in relation to this case.

At a hearing on December 16, 2019, Quaderer entered a Plea of Guilty to his charge of Class H Felony Possess w/ Intent-THC(>200-1000g). The second charge of Misdemeanor Possess Drug Paraphernalia  was dismissed but read in.

The Court ordered a withheld sentence for Quaderer with 1 year of probation. Conditions of his probation will require Quaderer to complete any counseling deemed appropriate by agent, and follow-through with recommendations.
