RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – The Court has sentenced an undocumented immigrant for a conviction of homicide from a January 2024 Rusk County vehicle-versus-semi crash that left one dead. The deceased was identified as Steven M. Nasholm.
Jorge Sanchez-Tzanahua, age 23, received multiple criminal charges, including Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, and was sentenced during a hearing on May 2, 2025, in Rusk County Circuit Court.
