WHAT: MIXED PRECIPITATION EXPECTED. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES, WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS UP TO 6 INCHES, AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO TWO-TENTHS OF AN INCH ARE EXPECTED, PARTICULARLY OVER PRICE COUNTY.
