
In Memory of Frank "Daddy" J. Saxinger III
Frank "Daddy" J. Saxinger age 57, of Mikana, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Marshfield Medical Center in Rice Lake, Wisconsin surrounded by his loving family.
Frank was born on January 16, 1968, to Frank and Kathleen (Connor) Saxinger in Chicago, Illinois. He attended and graduated from Rich East High School in Park Forest, Illinois. After graduation he attended Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, Illinois. His first job was at Museum of Science & Industry in Chicago, Illinois. He was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart on May 1st, 1992, to Cyndi Klopp in Park Forest, Illinois.
Frank and Cyndi owned and operated many businesses throughout the years including J & J Freight, Tropical Paradise Tanning, and F&S Paving. Frank also worked for A & A Haulers as a truck driver until recently he was able to step away from the truck to own & operate Cedar Lake Bar & Grill with his Wife, Cyndi. Together, they are the 4th generation owner of the restaurant.
In his free time, he loved to watch the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, socializing with his friends, but most importantly spending time with his loving family.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Cyndi Saxinger, 2 sons, Frank "Josh" (JoDean) Saxinger and Jacob Saxinger (Gaby Bleese); Mother, Kathleen "Kathi" Mintari; a sister, Kristina Bowen; mother-in-law, Norma Jean; 2 brothers-in-law, Eddie (Teri) Klopp and Kevin (Selena) Klopp.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Jr; a brother, James "Jamie" "Theo" Saxinger and stepfather, Robert Mintari, Father-in-law, Edward Klopp.
Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Kilcoyne Memorial Services, 637 N. Main Street Rice Lake, Wisconsin with Deacon Rod Knight officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 - 3 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow the service at Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery in Campia, Wisconsin. The family invites all of those attending to join them at Cedar Lake Grill for food, refreshments and a time of sharing.
