In Memory of Jordan D. Miller-Chandler
With broken hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, and friend, Jordan Deshawn Miller-Chandler, of Turtle Lake, who left this world far too soon on August 3, 2025, just shy of his 13th birthday.
Born on August 12, 2012, Jordan brought boundless energy, joy, and love into the lives of everyone who knew him. He was a bright light with a contagious smile, a loving spirit, and a passion for life that could be felt wherever he went.
Jordan’s favorite color was red — bold, vibrant, and full of life, just like him. He loved to run, play video games, and draw with incredible talent beyond his years. His imagination had no limits, and his heart had no bounds. He was never far from his dog, Blue, and was always looking for his next adventure.
He was an avid swimmer who believed he was part fish — often needing to be coaxed out of the pool after hours of joyful splashing. Just recently, he proudly landed his first full flip on the trampoline — a milestone he worked hard for. Jordan had an unshakable bond with his sister, always looking out for her with care and love.
Jordan was a student at Turtle Lake School, where he made lasting memories with classmates and teachers alike. He leaves behind a large and loving family — parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins — and countless others who cherished his kind heart and vibrant soul.
A service to celebrate Jordan’s life will be held at Rausch & Steel Funeral Home in Barron on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Wayside Cemetery in Barron. Details will be shared with family and friends.
Jordan was very special to us. He was deeply loved — and he will be deeply missed more than words can ever express!
