In Memory of Marion C. Siebert


March 14, 1937 - May 7, 2025

Marion Carole Siebert, age 88, of Ridgeland, WI died Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 peacefully surrounded by family at Mayo Clinic Health System in Menomonie, WI. She was born March 14, 1937 to Clarence and Juliet (Hoff) Anderson in the Town of Prairie Farm, WI. Marion attended Little Beaver School and graduated from Prairie Farm High School in 1955. She was baptized at home and was confirmed at United Lutheran Church in Prairie Farm. On May 18, 1957, she married Edward Siebert and they lived and farmed in rural Ridgeland. Marion was a sassy woman who loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marion loved quilting, knitting, sewing, crocheting, bird watching, playing the organ and being a homemaker. She was involved in the St Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Ladies Aide and Hay River Quilting Club. Marion’s family is comforted knowing Marion’s love for her Savior, Jesus Christ. Our Queen of Sass has finally been reunited with her Prince Edward.

Marion is survived by her sons: James Siebert and Michael Siebert of Ridgeland, daughter: Marilyn (Terry) Zais of Star Prairie, grandchildren: Katelyn (Jake) Knetter of Edgar, WI, Joshua (Brianna) Siebert of Albany, IN, Danielle (Derek) Spry of New Richmond, WI, Mikayla (Alex) Kielsa of Wyoming, MN and Jordan Siebert of Eau Claire, WI, great-grandchildren: Emery Knetter, Kaleb Knetter, Charlee Spry, Ellie Knetter and August Spry, sister: Janet (Arnold) Tjelta of New Richmond, WI, sisters-in-law: Annette (Chet) Finnerud of St. Louis Park, MN and Mary Lou Anderson of St Paul, MN, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Edward on February 20. 2019, her parents: Clarence and Juliet Anderson and brother: Robert Anderson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 17 at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in the Town of Prairie Farm with Rev. Roger Quandt officiating and interment following in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home in Dallas and also for the hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.
