Richard Allen Moe, age 94, passed away on August 27, 2025. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for September 19th at Trade Lake Baptist Church in Frederic, WI, where family and friends will gather to honor his remarkable life.
