Theresa Genevieve Hendricks, age 85, of Ladysmith, WI died Wednesday, July 16, 2025 in Barron, WI. She was born on January 1, 1940 in Thorp, WI to Charles and Bernice (Sczech) Gutowski.

Theresa graduated from Thorp High School in 1958 and was married to Richard Hendricks in 1958. She worked on a dairy farm, was a waitress and owned and operated a bar/restaurant - the Wood Shed and also the Cedar Lodge in Ladysmith, WI for many years. Theresa loved her family, gardening, cooking, being outdoors, traveling and being at the cabin. She loved her dogs, Gypsy and Echo.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Sue (Ken) Selzler, Connie Hendricks (Bill Peterson), Jessica Hendricks Giardina; 3 sons, Richard Hendricks, Marty (Cyndi) Hendricks and Christoper Hendricks; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Mary Krie, Rose Gutowski, Jerri Brazil and Nancy (Steve) McGuire; 3 brothers, Ray Gutowski, Andy Gutowski and Joe Gutowski; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hendricks; her parents, Charles and Bernice Gutowski; a son, William Hendricks; a great granddaughter, Scarlett; a sister, Joan Schmidt and a brother, Chuck Gutowski. A private family celebration of life will be held.
