
In Memory of William "Bill" E. Heino
William Eugene Heino passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Heritage Lakeside in Rice Lake, Wisconsin at the age of 92.
He was born on July 29, 1933, to William and Esther (Carpenter)Heino in Sebeka, MN. After serving in the Navy during the Korean War, Bill worked as a ticket agent at Braniff Airlines at the MSP airport, farmed in Rice Lake and Shell Lake, Wisconsin, had a small engine repair business, worked at Horton Industries and drove mail truck for Terry Leckel Trucking before retiring.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife Pat and his first wife Mae, sisters, Darlene Bird, Alice Ollila, Judy Nielsen and Twyla Riski, a brother, Jack Heino, grandson, Theodore Heino and Pat’s son Robert Felling.
Bill is survived by his children Brett (Annette) Heino, Cindy (Scott) Fisher, Chris (Carla) Heino, Pat’s son Bill (Liz) Felling, grandchildren Kate, Joseph, Amanda, Emma, Alex and Maggie & their significant others, brothers Ted, Mike, Pat’s grandchildren, Nick, Josh & Kelsey, and special friends Paul & Beverly Schuna.
Bill enjoyed hunting/shooting, watching the rodeo, the Milwaukee Brewers and Heino family reunions hosted on the family farm in Menahga, MN by his brother Mike & Mike’s wife Sharon.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rice Lake with Father Adam Laski officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the Church.
A Private family interment will be at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, Wisconsin.
