In Memory of Wyatt M. Lewin
It is with great sorrow and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Wyatt Martin Lewin, at the young age of 21. Wyatt was a beloved husband, father, brother, son, grandson, and friend. He passed away on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, due to self-inflictions. Wyatt suffered from mental health & alcoholism and unfortunately lost his life to them. For a good majority of his life, he suffered with his mental health but that never stopped him from smiling or making others smile.
Wyatt was born on September 23rd, 2003, to Carol Olson-Lewin & Greg Lewin. He spent his younger years in Duluth MN, before moving to Siren WI. Where he would attend school in elementary, before going to Frederic School District. When he attended Frederic School District, he was known for being the "class clown", making a huge impact on his school and classmates. He made many fond memories with his friends and family.
Him and his beloved wife's, Victoria, love story began in high school where they had crushes on each other. Never revealing their crushes. After they graduated from school, they did go their separate ways but then found each other again shortly after. They had a relationship full of love, so full of love that they decided to get married in the courthouse on January 31, 2025, in Siren WI. They moved to Grantsburg WI, where they created a home. Their son Beckem Walker Lewin entered their lives and the world on October 18, 2024. Wyatt loved his wife & son more than anything and they created a beautiful life, a beautiful family.
Wyatt worked as a Construction worker at his uncle’s company. He loved his employees, and they were all like family. He loved building and woodwork. Wyatt had such a creative mind, that it led to many different projects, and was often in his shop. He was an outstanding worker and did everything with all his heart.
Wyatt was known for his big personality and his humor. Many would say that Wyatt had a soul so kind that it lit up people's lives. He was funny, caring, sweet, outgoing, smart, loving, talented, a problem solver, strong, and most of all he was brave. He was the biggest jokester, always making everyone smile and laugh. He had the most beautiful heart, he loved everyone.
He had many passions, from an interest in WW2 artifacts, fishing, woodworking, many different projects, to Friday movie nights with his beloved wife & son. His entire world was Victoria & Beckem, and his family.
Wyatt had many happy memories, but he also created so many with the people around him.
Some of his family’s favorite memories could not be just one moment, there isn't a way to narrow it down to one. But if they had to choose it would be from a distinct memory.
Like when he and his brother Garrett would go hiking in Osceola and reach a spot where they would just sit at their spot on a rock overlooking the river. Smoking cigars while talking about life and all the dreams and things they wanted to achieve one day. And from when he would go visit his brother Taylor on the weekend. To when he drove himself and his mother to and from Michigan. Just so Wyatt could gain all his hours for his permit. They also had stopped at a store for some beef jerky, and he got a grasshopper popsicle. They had such a wonderful time.
Some of his beloved wife's favorite memories consist of when they would dance in the kitchen. Looking into each other's eyes while having their time together, while Beckem was asleep. And when they would have family movie nights every Friday. They would get their favorite snacks and drinks and hold each other while watching all kinds of movies. Him, Victoria, and Beckem.
Wyatt was not only the best father, husband, brother, son, grandson, and friend, he was an inspiration. He was the provider for his family. He supported you through all your good moments and would always lend a shoulder to cry on in your troubled moments. His passing has left an emptiness in our hearts, no words in this world would ever be able to describe. Although he is in heaven, his spirit, his soul, lives on through his son, his wife, and the memories he's made.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria Ann Lewin; son, Beckem Walker Lewin; siblings, Garrett Lewin, Gray Lewin, Taylor Lewin; Nephew, James Lewin; parents, Carol Olson-Lewin, Greg Lewin; Grandparents, & family.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Russell Olson.
The celebration of life will be held on his birthday, September 23rd. A post will be made with further information about the celebration of life. His cremation was done by Swedberg Taylor Funeral Home, in Siren WI.
