Jacob (Jake) Matthew Carlson, passed away on September 2nd, 2025, at 45 years old. He was born on November 3rd of 1979 in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin at St. Croix Health. Jake grew up in the Chisago Lakes area and attended Chisago Lakes and Pine City High schools. Jake was a very charming man, having been known as being easy to talk to and fast at making friends. He enjoyed and spent a lot of his time taking apart and rebuilding old cars as well as collecting old trucks. Some hobbies of his included fishing, specifically ice fishing with his daughters every winter, building computers, and playing videos games with his dad, brothers, and children. His daughters were something he always cherished and loved. The good memories will remain in our hearts.

He is preceded in death by his father Ricky Carlson, grandparents Marlene Smith, and Robert and Shirley Clausen.

Jake is survived by Jennifer Carlson; his children Brianna, Brooklyn, and Clara Carlson; his step-son Anthony (Alyssia) Horst; mother Laurie Carlson, step-mother Bonita Carlson; siblings Bonnie Racho, Jon (Sarah) Carlson, Christina Towle, Nate Carlson, Elise (Cory) Przybilla, and Alex Kirchgatter; step-sisters Cassie and Allie Bentrud; and many other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
