WASBHURN COUNTY — Girder repairs to the southbound US 53 bridge will result in the short-term closure of northbound US 63 on Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 13-14 in the Washburn County town of Spooner.
Northbound US 63 will be closed from 9 to 11 a.m. both days to traffic at County H, and traffic will be detoured via WIS 70 and US 53.
In addition, the shoulder on northbound US 63 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 13 and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 14 for work on pier 2 columns.
Motorists should expect delays and plan their travel accordingly.
